By using bg.4brainslabs.com (the “Service”), operated by 4Brains Technologies Private Limited, you agree to these terms.

Free to use

The Service is free for personal and commercial use, at full resolution, with no account and no watermark. There is a fair-use limit on how many images one visitor can send in a short period, because there is a single graphics card behind it and it is shared. We may change or retire the Service at any time.

Your images are yours

You keep every right you had in the picture you upload, and you own the cut-out the Service produces from it. We claim nothing over either, add no watermark, and keep no copy. We use your image for one purpose only: producing the result you asked for, in that moment.

You are responsible for what you upload

  • Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Do not upload anyone else’s photograph or artwork without their permission.
  • Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not use the Service to create material intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate a real person.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, evade its limits, run it as an unattended pipeline, or probe its security without permission. If you need volume, write to us instead.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. Automatic background removal is imperfect by nature, and the home page sets out where it commonly fails: fine hair, transparency, thin structures, low contrast and motion blur. We do not warrant that any particular image will produce a usable result, nor that the Service will be available at any given moment. Check every result before you use it for anything that matters, and keep your original file. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the Service.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: contact@4brains.in.
